in the end the ps3 will dominate. this is my forecast(you are welcome to disagree or do your own prediction):
end of 2007
ps3: 13 million
360: 18 million(when halo3 and elite comes out 5 million 360 will be sold
wii: 14 million
end of 2008
ps3: 24 million( due to price cut and ff 13 release)
360: 26 million
wii: 19 million
end of 2009
ps3: 43 million
360: 40 million

and by the way i hope this game is revolutionary like LBP.
its good to know that the ps3 is not affecting them as much as we thought . but it surprising to me, because they had a bad year last year with exploding laptop batteries.

why do u think Microsoft is releasing a new hd 120gb? its not because of movie downloads, its because of extra game levels. so xbox will charge u extra for the levels that were suppose to be on the game but would not fit in the dvd. dont you get it? every 360 game will be 6-9 hours long excluding rpgs. so sit back and play your 6 hour games and then pay more to microsoft to get to level 4.
this game is overhyped. it will just keep everyone from selling their 360. and what's there after halo? have u wondered that? there will not be a good game for a long time. how do you know it will be good huh? even the alpha stage looks crappy. just compare that alpha stage to gears or liar's. and the mart assain's creed, dmc4 and gta4 are also coming to the ps3. you should of included fable as an AAA so now that leaves u with froza, bioshock, c&c3(looks average) and mass effect. vs heave...
more 360 owners are selling their consoles online and thats a good thing? i would think thats a bad thing, cause they wont be selling their 360 to get a wii (because its cheap) so it must be for the ps3...

i think all these new console are trying to be too much and not concentrate on what they are made to do. i don't mind my console playing my favorite film or playing against people online and maybe downloading content, but they trying to be too much i mean like the 360 being able to watch tv and dowload episodes and movies, i can do that with apple tv or Tivo. all i am saying is just do what you do well. like the nintendo wii just plays games and maybe u can view the weather and browse the web...

i prefer metal gear solid and wont get this game, however the 360 version looks better. but i think its because the game is a lazy port.
have you noticed that ps3 was the only HDMI 1.3 version there? even the top blu ray player had HDMI 1.1
and the Toshiba HD-XA2 was the only HD DVD player with HDMI 1.3.
